Q: Can EmployBridge associates convert to ISS and how will that work?

A: We anticipate that there will be no interruption in employment. All EB associates will have the opportunity to transition to ISS. We will be sending out the application link for you to complete. The effective date for the completion of the transition will be 11/2/24. EB Associates can complete the application virtually. Another drug test will not needed.
Q: What happens to EB associates on 11/2/24 if they don’t apply to ISS?

A: EB associates will have the option of working at another company with EB or transitioning to ISS.
​
Q: When can I start applying for ISS?
​
A: ISS will be sending you an email with instructions on how to complete the application along with the benefits that Integrity has to offer no later than 10/4/24.
​
Q: Will I get paid the same amount of money?
​
A: Yes, your hourly pay will remain the same with ISS, as it did with EB.
​
Q: How do I get paid?
​
A: ISS offers a pay card and/or direct deposit. Pay day is every Friday.
​
Q: Will my shift and work hours change?
​
A: There will be no change to your shift or working hours. What you are working now will be your schedule.
​​
Q: Will I have a different manager?
​
A: No, Flexport Managers and/or departments will not change during this transition.
​
Q: Will this transition affect my attendance?
​
A: Your attendance points will reset to zero on the final date of our transition on 11/2.
Q: Why are we changing? Did EB do something wrong?
​
A: This decision was a pure strategic business decision. EB has been a wonderful partner to Flexport. As in all businesses, review of process occurs to improve efficiency and help Flexport enhance our ability to implement a robust program.

Q: Can I work somewhere else for EB?
​
A: Yes! Please make sure you notify EB if you will not be continuing the assignment at Flexport and would like another position with them.

Q: Do I have to get retrained with ISS?
​
A: No, you will not need any additional training. You are doing a great job!!
​
Q: Do I need a different badge?
​
A: No, your current badge will work just fine.

Q: Is there a dedicated number or email we can send questions to?

Q: Is Integrity going to sit in the same area as EB?
​
A: Yes, ISS will be moving into those offices.

Q: Can we have a reference sheet with contacts and phone numbers for both EB and ISS?

A: Yes. ISS can provide via email

Q: Does Integrity provide health benefits?

A: Yes! Once you apply, you will receive information on our benefit plans to choose from.
